Right, I have to watch In Plain Sight too. I will start with Damages though because Rose Byrne is wonderful.

A little convoluted. Though wonderful

New ep was awesome. It builds up nicely for the coming season too, pretty lovely stuff. I also like some of the subtle changes to highlight that fifteen months have gone by, like how they don't wear hats anymore or how smoking is now genuinely considered unhealthy.

I love how everyone makes jokes about the planes and Pete does not know how to handle his dad's dad while Don helps him while his body language is subtly all "yeah I don't give a shit".

And then Pete came back and Don was all fuck off and Pete was a bitch

I loved the episode.

And what's up with Betty so not caring about her scared little boy. Wow, parents were rough in the 60's! My parent's weren't parents until 67, but they never had us make them a drink, never ignored us when they had company. (which was ALL the time) But they did smoke pot after we went to bed.

Don's threat and how he delivered it. Oh my! and Betty is so gonna do the horse guy. It's a coming! Homosexual longing! Lipstick with abortions! This is good TV!

Wonderful episode. Don being all and through out was a good thing, and him and Betty should get into more shoving matches. I love how everything also backfired in Duck's face and they way Sally was talking about feet to Joan and they made it seem she was talking about breasts .

Also, the Priest being all cold towards Peggy was a nice touch.

Also Don being honest to Bobby after waking up in the middle of the night last season and being all "I'll never lie to you" shows love!

at the guy who played Mozart with his zipper. Awesome

on new secretary.

I like how subtle the whole car crash thing was. He sees Rachel and she's married (which is and leads me to wonder who he sent poetry to a few eps back), then Bobbi is all "I feel so good right now" and he's all "I don't feel a thing" and eventually closes his eyes and crashes. Subliminal!

Also the stuf with Don visiting Peggy at hospital and then she bailing him out was good, though I hope she doesn't try to pull boring shit with the whole "thanks Don" at the end.

Pete's testicles descending was also great, as was US News being among the magazines he could fap to

I like that Peggy called him Don. She's showing she's asserting herself. Zipper thing, priceless. I thought for sure the priest was gonna come on to Peggy, cuz she is a loose woman. Or is that just my sick priest fantasies talking?

I was thrown off by the Decemberists at the beginning of the show. Stick to period music

Also Don finding out he's a whore is wonderful, as is Peggy becoming one of the boys.

Don's all "Don't wear that bikini, makes you look desperate!" Subtext: Will make all the men want you and fuck you, like I fuck other men's wives.

Like Ringy, I'm "poor dog". I don't like Duck and like him even less now. Peggy and Pete's encounters are interesting. Could him finding out he has a child be right around the corner. Seeing Peggy join the boys made me happy.

Poor gay Sal and his poor not gay wife. One day they will find love. Right? Right?!

I also like how those bastards tease us with a Don flashback and then complete even fail to mention it again. Teaaaase.

Don's new car was tremendous and I like the picnic with all the littering and all the extra carefulness to avoid dirtying the car and then Betty just ralphs in it because of Jimmy Barrett's dirty, dirty mouth.

The secretary's feud with Joan is also mildly amusing.

Caught up on the show today because Rogers offers all the episodes on demand in HD.

Zipper Mozart is the greatest thing to happen on television ever. Duck is a wonderful character. Betty finally calling Don out was wonderful. I love this show.

It makes having to watch the Prison Break shitfest the next day even harder.

Betty grew balls! Peggy was also and then Tom Hanks' son the preacher sang!

Good episode. I like how Don told Betty she was nuts and then she saw the commercial going "he said I was nuts" and was all , it was a nice touch. It was also fun to see Joan hope to be more than a secretary.

Macro to micro!

This was probably one of the best Mad Men eps of all time and it really, seriously highlights the continuity in the show. Like, in that ep in season one, where they show Don back when he wasn't Don and he was at the army and he pissed himself and the real Don laughed at him and the lighter fell and real Don died, and here Don is all at everyone for making fun of Freddie for pissing himself. And Freddie was wonderful. For a character that was at best peripheral they really made us feel for him. And it's also nice to show how Don reacts to being used and abused! Maybe he will commiserate with Betty now.

Though if Roger isn't with Joan, I will be sad. It's like the only real relationship on the whole show. I know the cliffhanger indicated he was with Jane but it's also possible she was the one who told him about Don and that's why she ran off crying.

Oh and Pete is 100% rudo!

Also the double-entendre about the Man in the Grey Flannel Suit = glorious.

Psycho kid returns! I missed him. How freaking strange was he with Betty? It's like he was a tiny-sized version of Don. And he was all "I hate you ".

Also at Roger for going with Jane and not Joan. Joan is wonderful. Kinsey going to a pseudo communist rally though, that's also wonderful.

I can't wait to see Don in LA next week.

That ep was wonderful and it was slightly out there, the people Don was shacking up with were fucking strange. I thought they drugged him, then I thought the guy with the needles was gonna give him heroin and then I thought they were some sort of shylocks or something.

Though the ending was all cliffyhangy. Also, Peggy the fag hag is wonderful, and I can't help but feel bad for poor Sal

Oh and Duck.

Rape. The strange thing is that there now a 90 page thread on iMDB where people are all "this is not rape, she is his girlfriend!". In any case, did not see that one coming .

Also it was nice to see Dick Whitman being Dick Whitman.

Also, jeepers did Betty and Don look like someone took a shit in their cereal when she told him she was oregnant.

And for once, poor Pete and poor Peggy , she's going to hell. Pete face turned and then got burned by Peggy! No Karma!

Also Don being JFK and Duck being Kruschev is wonderful.

However the lack of Holloway rape this episode makes me sad.

Pete looked like he had swallowed his own Fitzy fun packages when Peggy confessed to him. Funny how he took all this time to realize he has feelings from her and she's all.....I don't need you, I wanted other things......btw I had your baby and tossed it to the nearest family. Beautiful.

I love that Betty has made Don crawl back. I liked that that receptionist girl told the boys they better get her off the phones if they survived the 'redundancies'. Now if Joan would only toss the raping Doc and claim her place in the TV dept! Grrrrrrrrllllll Power! RAWWWRRRR!!!

I'm not quite sure Peggy was honest though. It wasn't reasonable in the 60s to make a man divorce his wife, and she does seem to like Pete.

But if Elizabeth Moss doesn't get some kind of award for this speech alone, then I will wreck hell!

Also, the new secretary is hot.
