2) Shit? Not really. Hard to see? Some games. And by some games I mean Capcom. And by Capcom I mean Dead Rising and Lost Planet. There may be another 1 or 2 with issues.
3) If you buy an Elite you can claim a transfer kit from M$ (for free but it'll probably take a while to get to you) that'll copy over data from another 360 HD (ie your bro's). That or you can get a memory unit and move stuff across with that. You may be able to with third party shirt like Xports and such but I have no clue about them so can't really say much.

Yay, I got my Xbox. Now I just need to buy a bigger network cable as the one they give is too small. I shall be up and running sometime tonight. I like how this Xbox tells me that I've unlocked achivements unlike the other Xbox. It is lovely. The only thing I hate is it keeps logging me into MSN. How do I stop that?

Click on your gamer profile then go down to Auto Sign-in. One of the options is for messenger, set it no and that should do you.
